What if my card is refused?
Cards are not refused by Diamond Financial Services (Yorkshire) Limited but by your bank or card issuer. There could be many reasons this may happen and we suggest you contact your card issuer in the first instance if you incur a problem with your payment being declined.
Can I have a receipt?
Yes. If you have paid via debit or credit card we can send you a confirmation of your payment & this will display your unique transaction number. If you pay via our Home Collection service our agents will mark your payment card every time you make a payment. If you have lost your payment card please contact our Customer Service Team on 01924 371 766.
I’ve paid the wrong amount – can I have a refund?
If you have overpaid on your account please telephone our Customer Service Team on the number above or email firstname.lastname@example.org
and we will refund the excess payment.
